THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Patapsco Valley State Park is a great place to go if you’d like pictures by a waterfall. It’s not a far hike to get to the waterfall and it’s beautiful! There is also a swinging bridge that is amazing for pictures as well! Their wedding will take place Harvest View Barn at Hershey Farms in October of 2022 and Shay Scala Photography hopes they have an AMAZING wedding! Here is their love story as told in their own words…
HOW YOU MET?
At an economic conference in Philadelphia in 2015.
HOW YOU FELL IN LOVE?
Mostly over FaceTime/Skype! Lots of video chats before we saw each other in person again. We spent the first three or so years of our relationship dating long distance, seeing each other about once every two months.
HOW DID YOU PROPOSE?
Nate proposed on December 30th at a lodge in Sunriver Oregon. He proposed in the back on a bridge overlooking the area.
WHAT ARE YOU MOST EXCITED ABOUT WITH PLANNING YOUR WEDDING?
We just can’t wait to be married! We are trying to enjoy this season of life together and not let ourselves get too wrapped up in planning a wedding but rather preparing to be married!
