Megan & Josh’s Engagement Session Greenwood Furnace State Park Huntingdon PA
THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION
So this session started out as a doozy. We were supposed to meet at Rothrock State Forest, but no one realized it was 96,956 acres big. How in the world do you find a place to meet when the forest is THIS BIG?!?!? Rothrock State Forest is named for Dr. Joseph Trimble Rothrock, a native of Mifflin County and the commonwealth’s first forestry commissioner. He is recognized as the “Father of Forestry” in Pennsylvania.
Megan & Josh stopped at a local BBQ Restaurant/Ice Cream Shop and they suggest that we go to Greenwood Furnace State Park. It was not a bad suggestion after all! The area was beautiful and we were able to capture a lot of amazing shots in a very short distance!
